Missions:
INMA is an innovative private-equity player dedicated to Tunisian SMEs, structured and managed by a team with international experience, located in Tunis
Looking for an Associate who will participate to the analysis of targeted SMEs and investment decisions
In direct relation with the management team, you will:
- Assist in deal sourcing
- Participate in meetings with the management of targeted SMEs
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation and prepare investment notes
- Contribute to investment structuring and negotiation of legal documentation
- Participate in the monitoring of portfolio companies
- Participate in the realization of exits
Profile and required skills:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in private-equity, corporate finance and/ or transaction services
- Education: Business school/ BAC +5
- Specialized in Finance (financial analysis, financial instruments, company valuation, etc) and high interest in private-equity
- Good knowledge of IT tools (particularly Excel)
- Good writing skills
- Rigor, organizational skills
- High capacity to face challenges and to progress in a growing dynamic company
- Relational and listening skills to be comfortable communicating with various stakeholders
